Office & Parent Guidelines

Vehicle Parking Parents meeting teachers or staff are requested to park outside the campus.

Pre-KG09:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
LKG09:00 a.m. - 02:30 p.m.
UKG09:00 a.m. - 02:55 p.m.
Grade I & II09:00 a.m. - 03:00 p.m.
Grade III to V08:50 a.m. - 03:20 p.m.
Grade VI to VIII08:50 a.m. - 03:20 p.m.
Grade IX to XII08:30 a.m. - 04:30 p.m.
Students arriving after 8:25 a.m. will be required to wait in the shaded area near the canteen and will be permitted to attend classes only after meeting the Principal at 8:50 a.m.

Important Instructions

  • Parents are requested to drop their children within the school campus and leave promptly.
  • If any parent wishes to meet a teacher or staff member, kindly park vehicles outside the campus and proceed to meet them.
  • More than 2,000 students arrive at the school every morning; these timings are fixed to ensure smooth arrival and timely commencement of classes.
  • All enquiries can be directed to the concerned department admins or coordinators.
  • Official circulars regarding field trips, events, and schedule changes will be sent through students.
  • Parents can express concerns directly to the Principal through the school app and will be handled confidentially.
  • Any technical issues with the school app will be addressed without delay.

Note:

  • The school gates will be closed at 8:45 a.m.
  • First and third Saturdays will be No Bag Day for Grades I to VIII. Extracurricular activities will be conducted on these days.
  • The fourth Saturday will be a full working day for Grades VI to VIII.
  • Kindergarten students will have a holiday on all Saturdays.
  • The second Saturday will be a holiday for Grades I to VIII.
  • The fourth Saturday will be a holiday for Grades I to V.
